主讲人简介：Antony Anghie is Professor of Law at the National University of Singapore and the University of Utah. He received his LL.B degree at Monash University and his S.J.D from Harvard Law School. His research interests include international economic law, globalization, the use of force and the history and theory of international law. He has been a visiting professor at various universities including Cornell, the London School of Economics, Harvard and Brasilia. He is currently the Secretary-General of the Asian Society of International Law. He is a co-editor of the Asian Journal of International Law, and serves on the editorial boards of several other publications including Humanity and the American Journal of International Law. He is a member of the Third World Approaches to International Law network of scholars.
