1. Jeremy Horder (英国伦敦政治经济学院法学教授、英国人文和社会科学院院士、中殿律师学院名誉委员)
Jeremy Horder 教授先后毕业于赫尔大学和牛津大学,毕业后他在牛津大学耶稣学院和伍斯特学院担任研究员。他于 1998 至 2000 年担任牛津大学法律系系主任,2005 至 2010 年任英格兰和威尔士法律改革委员会成员,主要负责刑法改革。他于 2010 至 2013 年担任伦敦大学国王学院 Edmund-Davies 讲席刑法学教授。他还是“无罪也要正义”志愿组织执委会的成员,该组织致力于帮助那些因非法谋杀而支离破碎、但案件主要嫌犯被无罪开释的家庭。2018 年,Jeremy Horder 的最新专著《公职渎职论刑》由牛津大学出版社付梓。
Jeremy Horder is the Professor of Criminal Law at the London School of Economics, he is also an Honorary Bencher of the Middle Temple and holds an Honorary LL.D from the University of Hull. He graduated from the Universities of Hull and Oxford before taking up a Research Fellowship at Jesus College, Oxford. He then became the Porjes Trust Tutorial Fellow in Law at Worcester College, Oxford. He was Chairman of Oxford’s Faculty of Law from 1998-2000. From 2005-2010, he was a Law Commissioner for England and Wales, with responsibility for criminal law reform, before becoming Edmund Davies Professor of Criminal Law at King’s College London, from 2010-2013. He is a member of the steering committee for “Justice after Acquittal”, a voluntary organization helping families after one of their members has been unlawfully killed but the main suspect has been acquitted. His latest book Criminal Misconduct in Office (Oxford University Press) came off the press in 2018.

Taisu Zhang is a Professor of Law at Yale Law School and works on comparative legal and economic history, private law theory, and contemporary Chinese law and politics. Professor Zhang holds three degrees from Yale: a B.A. in History and Mathematics, a J.D., and a Ph.D. in History. Prior to joining the Yale faculty, Professor Zhang was an Associate Professor at the Duke University School of Law, and has taught at Brown University, Peking University Law School, the Tsinghua University School of Law, and the University of Hong Kong. He was the Immediate Past President of the International Society for Chinese Law and History. His first book, The Laws and Economics of Confucianism: Kinship and Property in Pre-Industrial China and England, was published by Cambridge University Press, and received the 2018 Presidents Award from the Social Science History Association and the 2018 Gaddis Smith Book Prize from the MacMillan Center for International and Area Studies. In dissertation form, it was the recipient of Yale University’s Arthur and Mary Wright Dissertation Prize and the American Society for Legal History’s Kathryn T. Preyer Award. A second book, The Ideological Foundations of the Qing Fiscal State, is in progress. He has published articles, essays, and book chapters on a wide array of topics, winning awards from several academic organizations, and is a regular commentator on Chinese law, society, and politics in media outlets.

Charles K. Whitehead is the Myron C. Taylor Alumni Professor of Business Law at Cornell Law School and also a Professor and Director of the Law, Technology and Entrepreneurship program at Cornell Tech. He specializes in the law relating to corporations, financial markets, financial regulation, and business transactions. Professor Whitehead is a graduate of Cornell University (B.A.) and Columbia Law School (J.D.). After clerking for the Hon. Ellsworth A. Van Graafeiland, U.S. Court of Appeals (2nd Circuit), he represented clients and held senior legal and business positions in the financial services industry in New York, London, and Tokyo, including as a Managing Director of Nomura Securities International, Salomon Brothers, and Citigroup. As an academic, Professor Whitehead was a Research Fellow at Columbia Law School (where he continues as a Visiting Scholar in Residence) before joining the Boston University School of Law in 2006 and Cornell Law School in 2009. Besides, he is a Research Fellow in the Center for Financial Studies at Goethe University, Frankfurt, and he is also an honorary doctor and the first honorary professor at Yaroslav Mudriy National Law University, Kharkiv, Ukraine.
4. Peter J. Wang(王智平)(美国众达律师事务所中国反垄断法律服务部负责人、香港办公室合伙人)
王智平律师曾任众达大中华区主管合伙人和国际诉讼与仲裁业务部的联席负责人。王律师曾多次代表客户应对美国及其它政府对拟进行的并购交易发起的重大反垄断调查,也曾处理非并购类型的反垄断调查和反垄断诉讼事项。同时,王律师代表中国及全球各地的客户处理各类复杂的商业争议诉讼、专利和其它技术和知识产权诉讼。王律师经常参与反海外腐败法(FCPA)的调查及其它类型的公司内部调查,并向客户提供合规及尽职调查事宜的相关建议。王律师于 1991 年加入众达,2003 年加入中国办公室前一直在众达华盛顿办公室从事诉讼和反垄断工作。
Peter J. Wang leads Jones Day’s China antitrust and litigation practices and serves as Partner of Hong Kong Office. He previously served as Partner-in-Charge for the China Region and co-head of the Firm’s International Litigation and Arbitration Practice. Peter has handled major U.S. and other government antitrust investigations of proposed mergers and acquisitions, as well as non-merger investigations and antitrust litigation. He also represents clients from China and around the world in complex commercial disputes and patent and other technology and intellectual property litigation. He regularly handles Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and other corporate internal investigations and advises clients on related compliance and due diligence issues. Peter joined Jones Day in 1991 and practiced litigation and antitrust in the Firm’s Washington, D.C. office before moving to China in 2003.

Thomas J. Stipanowich holds the William H. Webster Chair in Dispute Resolution, he is a Professor of Law at Pepperdine University School of Law and a professor of the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, which has been ranked first in thirteen of the last fourteen years in the U.S. News & World Report rankings. Before coming to Pepperdine, he was President and CEO of the International Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution (CPR Institute), a New York City-based nonprofit think tank that developed new insights and tools for managing and resolving business disputes. Under his leadership the institute co-sponsored the China/U.S. Business Mediation Center with the China Council for Promotion of International Trade and conducted the first European Business Mediation Congress. Prior to leading CPR he was a practicing litigator with a leading firm specializing in construction law and, later, a chaired professor of law. He is the recipient of the D’Alemberte-Raven Award(2008) for outstanding contributions and CPR’s James F. Henry Award (2016), a member of the Academic Counsel of the Institute for Transnational Arbitration and the Advisory Board of the ALI’s Restatement of American Law of International Arbitration, and the author of more than fifty books and articles, including the prize-winning five-volume Federal Arbitration Law: Agreements, Awards & Remedies Under the Federal Arbitration Act. His work has been cited by the U.S. Supreme Court and many other courts. He also helps lead the International Task Force on Mixed Mode Dispute Resolution, exploring situations in which there is interplay between arbitration and settlement-oriented facilitation.
6. Kimmo Nuotio(前芬兰赫尔辛基大学法学院院长、法学教授)

Kimmo Nuotio is professor of criminal law. He is chairing the Strategic Research Council (2019-2021). Nuotio is former Jean Monnet Fellow of the European University Institute, Department of Law (2000-2001). He was the Dean of the Faculty of Law of the University of Helsinki in 2010-2017. He has been a visiting professor at the University of Toronto and the KU Leuven. Nuotio was the director of the nation-wide doctoral programme in Law, funded by the Ministry of Education and Culture and the Academy of Finland, under the title "Law in a Changing World" (2007-2015), and Member of Board of the University of Arts (2015 - 2017). He was the chair of board of Alexander Institute (2014-2018). His central research topics include: Theoretical Foundations of Penal Liability, Modernization of Criminal Law, Nordic, European, and International Criminal Law, Transnationalization of Criminal Law, European Legal Integration, Risk Society / Welfare State / Security, Political Philosophy and Law, Criminal Law and Cultural Diversity.
7. Sean Cooney(澳大利亚墨尔本大学法学院副院长、法学教授)

Sean Cooney is the Associate Dean and professor at Law School, University of Melbourne. Professor Cooney's research interests concern international and comparative labour and employment law, with a focus on Asia. He has worked on new approaches to improving international working standards, including on collaborative projects on understanding Chinese labour law reform, enforcement in Australia, and assessing the effect of legal change in several Asia-Pacific countries. He has published articles in major refereed law journals in the United States, China and Australia. Between 2014 and 2016, Sean served as a Legal Specialist in the Labour Law and Reform Unit at the International Labour Organization (ILO) in Geneva, where he provided advice to governments in countries such as China, India, Malaysia, Myanmar, Pakistan and Vietnam. He continues to consult for the ILO. He studied at the University of Melbourne and obtained his doctoral degree from Columbia University and also spent several years as a lawyer practicing mainly in the areas of employment and administrative law.
