Star Secret of YSR’s fitness when he was alive...

Chief minster YS Rajashekar Reddy when he was sixty he is very active and agile. The office of the CM comes with a lot of work and tension. The incumbent has to be very fit in order to stand up to the job.

YS Rajashekar Reddy manages this with a diet and fitness regimen. His daily diet and fitness regimen is as follows –


6.30 to 8.00 am: Yoga
8.30 am: Breakfast consisting of Idlys, Dosas and Upma
11 am: Light salads consisting of cucumber and watermelon
1.30 pm: Lunch – Phulkas with veg. curries and rice
2.00 to 2.30: Afternoon siesta
4.30 pm: Fruit salad and fruit juice like Paayya and water melon
7.30 pm: Fruit juice
9.00 pm: Dinner consisting or Phulka with chicken or fish curry and rice

Unless you try to do something beyond what you have already MASTERED,You will never grow.
